ISO 29993:2017+ ISO 29994:2021

Learning Service Quality

The standards written for a training company that teaches online, outside a school or university. ISO 29993 covers the learning service itself and ISO 29994 adds distance and digital delivery, so the course itself, not just the paperwork, is run to a standard. We certify them together.

Information Security

Learner names, exam results and payment data sit on our platform. ISO/IEC 27001 is the certificate that says that data is controlled. For EU and privacy-focused buyers, the ISO/IEC 27701 privacy extension is available on request.

Every course and exam is designed against the relevant ISO standard from the start, covering the learning service (ISO 29993), the organization (ISO 21001) and quality (ISO 9001).

Courses run online and at a distance under ISO 29994, while learner names, results and payments stay protected under ISO/IEC 27001.
